Guided Visits from 10.00 to 12.30
Arrivée sur site à 10 H
un groupe de 30 personnes visite le Musée
un groupe de 30 autres personnes visite les grottes
pendant que les "artistes" installent le matériel et/ou prennent leurs repères sur scène
puis, vers 11 H 15 :
les deux groupes se croisent (ceux qui ont visité les grottes vont au Musée, et inversement).
OPENING CEREMONY at 12.30
Les visites ont lieu en Anglais vu la composition internationale des groupes (Italiens, Lettons, Roumains et Turcs, en plus de Français et Espagnols)
Cérémonie à l'Auditorium à 12 H 30 au plus tard : discours, visionnage du petit film "Witches" et prestations des élèves chargés de l'accueil
OFFICIAL OPENING LUNCH at 1.30 pm
Déjeuner à 13 h 30 (chez AZKETA).
FREE TIME IN THE VILLAGE
STOP AT HENDAYA BEACH AND ROAD TRIP ALONG CLIFFS BEFORE TO COME BACK AT 5.30 pm
