Il s'est agi de partager notre expertise (présumée ?) après plusieurs années de coopération transnationale couronnée par des labels de qualité et la remise du prix EITA 2022 au partenariat ERASMUSPLUSANIMALS E+A (Noah) coordonné par le Lycée Ravel de Saint-Jean-de-Luz. L'événement était co-organisé par la Ligue ILARGIA et le colegiul economic "Iulian Pop".

IIIA - INTRODUCTION SPEECH - propos liminaire
Après s'être présenté et avoir évoqué la "double casquette" lui valant d'intervenir ce soir, d'abord en tant que coordinateur de projets, et, par ailleurs, comme Président d'une association internationale pour l'innovation et la coopération fondée en 2018, l'orateur tient à exprimer sa gratitude aux organisateurs après avoir expliqué brièvement les intentions de la ligue ILARGIA et son objet. Il remet d'abord à Mme la Directrice du colegiul economic "Iulian Pop", partenaire historique du lycée Maurice Ravel, un certificat symbolique en vue de la remercier de la part essentielle prise par l'équipe Roumaine au projet ERASMUSPLUSANIMALS, lauréat du prix EITA 2022, mais précise que c'est aussi l'occasion d'honorer l'ensemble des partenaires étrangers associés au coordinateur français dans cette action (deux autres établissements l'ont en effet mis en oeuvre sur le terrain : l'école secondaire d'Alcochete, au Portugal, et le lycée vétérinaire de Dobrich, en Bulgarie). Il remet ensuite un cadeau personnalisé à Mme VESCAN ainsi qu' à Mme l'Inspectrice Générale MARC, au nom des écoles participant au projet energyplus QUINTESSENCE erasmus+ et rappelle à cette occasion les noms de la RIgas.Raina (Lettonie) et de la Bilgic High School de Cesme (Turquie) en saluant les représentants de ces écoles participant à l'événement Genius 2022.
After having introduced himself the speaker explained he was acting this evening, firstly as eVe+ QUINTESSENCE project's coordinator, and, moreover, as the President of the ILARGIA international league of teachers associated for innovation and cooperative action which was founded in 2018. After he had briefly explaining the intentions of the ILARGIA league and its purpose, the Lecturer would like to express his gratitude to the Roan co-organizers. A symbolic certificate was first given to Mrs the Director of the economic school "Iulian Pop", wich is an historical partner of the Maurice Ravel high school, in order to thank for the essential part taken by the Romanian team in the ERASMUSPLUSANIMALS project, winner of the EITA price 2022. But this certificate delivery was also done to honor all the foreign partners associated with the French coordinator in this cooperative action (two other establishments have indeed implemented it: the secondary school of Alcochete, in Portugal, and the veterinary school of Dobrich , in Bulgaria). Then, Mr Vanderplancke offered a personalized gift to Mrs Vescan then he greeted the host of the symposium, Mrs the Inspector General, before giving her a formal gift on behalf of the schools participating in the energyplus QUINTESSENCE erasmus+ project. He mentioned the names of RIgas.Raina (Latvia) and Bilgic High School in Cesme (Turkey) and expresses some thanks to the representatives of these schools participating in the Genius 2022 event.
