BUTS : préparer un grand évenement de médiatisation et un colloque sur les Frontières en 2026, réviser les statuts de l'association pour améliorer ses capacités organisationnelles, accueillir une délégation Polonaise dans le cadre du projet ACMÉ RESISTANCE pour entamer une relation de longue durée avec ce pays centré sur le Devoir de Défense devant l'oppression
OBJECTIVES: prepare a major media event and a conference on Borders in 2026, revise the association's statutes to improve its organizational capacities (brainstorming and first leads before MUGA Genius 2026) & celebrate the memory of "Operation ARIE" and the fight against Nazism ("Fight for Freedom" project).

MUGA Genius 2026 The three main topics
1. Démocratie européenne (valeurs/institutions de l'UE et des états membres)
2. Coopération dans l'UE et à l'échelle des espaces transfrontaliers (exemple des Pyrénées)
3. Frontières et mobilités (en lien avec le partenariat ERASMUS+ Be.Bo.P
Lieu principal Lycée Ravel de Saint-Jean-de-Luz et divers Tiers-Lieux (quelques ateliers prévus en Hegoalde) ; évènement organisé - en principe - pendant le Joli Mois de l'Europe, par l'établissement et la Ligue ILARGIA, et comprenant , dans le cadre du premier sujet, une référence au Devoir de Défense et à notre coopération (labellisée) avec la Pologne.
Des participants scolaires Roumains, Italiens, Portugais, Turcs et Lettons (+ Espagnols) et, parmi les intervenants invités, des élus (France, Espagne, Pays Basque, Parlement européen)
Des institutions sollicitées (Eurorégions, association catalane ACESC, etc. ) et l'Anglais comme langue de travail principale / mais aussi : des ateliers en Français, Espagnol et Basque, voire Allemand

propositions de départ : implanter l'activité en mai 2026 (en même temps que la visite des écoles du partenariat Be.Bo.P) ; faire des présentations en classe à destination des professeurs (le Mercredi après-midi ?) solliciter l'ACESC, d'autres associations (présence le 18 juin d'une membre de la CIMADE, Mme Tran Van) les eurorégions, et des élus territoriaux.. définir et traiter trois grandes thématiques
A. Enseigner les frontières (présentation des programmes et des enjeux de l'apprentissage du Droit, de la Géographie et de l'Histoire des démarcations politiques entre les états dans l'enseignement secondaire, voire supérieur.. dans le cadre de conversations ouvertes aux profesionnels)
B. Vivre et dépasser les frontières / coopérer sur des territoires frontaliers, notamment dans l'espace européen : l'exemple des espaces transpyrénéens (intervention dans les classes et dans le séminaire pour les enseignants)
C. Traverser ou effacer les frontières ? inclusion et exclusion, migrations et métissages, séparatismes (débats dans les classes et entre professeurs, valorisation des résultats de Be.Bo.P)

la Ligue et ses hôtes sont invités aux cérémonies du 18 juin (hommage traditionnel à la résistance française puis souvenir de l'Opération Ariel en présence d'officiels Polonais) ; ils sont également invités à prendre part au Vin d'Honneur organisé par la mairie

>Organization of an international conference on borders: "Walls and Bridges" PARTNERS / PUBLIC / CALENDAR
Initial proposals: Implement the activity in May 2026 (at the same time as the visit to the Be.Bo.P partnership schools); Conduct classroom presentations for teachers (Wednesday afternoons?); Engage ACESC, other associations (including a member of CIMADE, the Euroregions representative, and local elected officials); Define and address three main themes.
A. Teaching Borders (presentation of the curricula and challenges of teaching Law, Geography, and the History of political demarcations between states in secondary and higher education, as part of discussions open to professionals)
B. Living and Crossing Borders / Cooperating in Border Territories, Particularly in Europe: The Example of Trans-Pyrenean Areas (presentation in classes and in the seminar for teachers)
C. Crossing or Erasing Borders? Inclusion and Exclusion, Migration and Interbreeding, Separatism (debates in classes and among teachers, promotion of the results of Be.Bo.P)
2. Working lunch between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.

3. Participation in official commemorations between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
RESISTANCE & FIGHT FOR FREEDOM CELEBRATIONS (a participation in the ceremonies and a meeting with the municipal autorities and the representatives of a local associaiton for French Polish friendship) from 4 pm to 6 pm
The League and its guests are invited to the June 18th ceremonies (traditional tribute to the French Resistance, followed by a memorial to Operation Ariel in the presence of Polish officials). They are also invited to attend the Reception organized by the town hall.

WELCOMING SPEECH BY MR PRESIDENT (abstracts)
Organisé en peu de temps et destiné à démontrer les capacités de la Ligue à collaborer dans un cadre intersectoriel, le colloque s'est déroulé dans deux espaces différents, deux tiers-lieux mis à disposition par des entités amies, le premier à Getaria, le second à Saint-Jean-de-Luz.
Organized in a short time and intended to demonstrate the capacities of the ILARGIA League to collaborate in an intersectoral framework, the symposium took place in two different spaces, two third places made available by friendly entities, the first in Getaria, the second in Saint Jean de Luz.
On a rappelé en introduction de cet événement les précédentes éditions mises en œuvre depuis la création de la Ligue, et déploré le contre-coup induit par la pandémie sur le déroulement de ces manifestations dont on souhaite une implantation plus régulière à l'avenir. Dans cette perspective, les adhérents sont revenus sur le projet de reproduire l'expérience du « Girona Genius 2019 » en coopération avec l'ACESC puisque le soutien de nos amis Catalans à nos entreprises ne se dément pas.
In the introduction to this event, we recalled the previous editions implemented since the creation of the League, and deplored the backlash induced by the pandemic on the progress of these events, which we hope will be more regular in the future. In this perspective, the members returned to the project to reproduce the experience of the "Girona Genius 2019" in cooperation with the ACESC since the support of our Catalan friends for our League of European Teachers is undeniable.
A moyen et long terme, on peut imaginer, en fonction de l'évolution des moyens humains et budgétaires de la Ligue (elle doit beaucoup, à cet égard, aux adhésions et libres dons de ses membres et a renoncé de facto aux subventions nationales) des sessions d'auto-formation (SCHOLAR) plutôt faites à domicile et des colloques (GENIUS) le plus souvent implantées en dehors de la ville-siège.
In the medium and long term, one can imagine, depending on the evolution of the human and budgetary resources of the League (it owes a lot, in this respect, to the subscriptions and free donations of its members and has given up de facto national subsidies) self-training sessions (SCHOLAR) rather done at home and symposiums (GENIUS) most often located outside the headquarters' city: Donibane Lohitzune.

implemented ONLINE and/or at the EGONDELA lecture room in Getaria, Gipuzcoa then at the "espace jeunes" in Saint Jean de Luz - collloque suivi en ligne ou en présentiel, organisé dans des locaux municipaux à Getaria puis Saint-Jean-de-Luz.

Activity 3 in Donibane
A3 / Le dernier atelier consistait en une rencontre avec le public intéressé, échange qui s'est prolongée par une participation aux fêtes locales de Saint-Jean-de-Luz : déjeuner avecc les professeurs de l'Amicale de la Cité Scolaire Ravel, puis, dans la soirée, participation des adhérents présents aux tradtionnels Feux de la Saint-Jean et réception par M. le Maire, que nous remrcions vivement.

The last workshop consisted of a meeting with the interested public, an exchange that was extended by participation in the local festivities of Saint-Jean-de-Luz: lunch with the professors of the Amicale de la Cité Scolaire Ravel, then, participation in the evening at the traditional Fires and reception by M. Mayor J-F Irigoyen.
